VIVIERS only accepts returns and exchanges on the terms set out below.
REFUNDS, RETURNS and EXCHANGES
The customer will need to inform VIVIERS studio within 3 days of receiving their order if they would like to return or exchange an item that has been purchased from VIVIERS on the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When requesting a return, customers are required to state the reason for their return, being one of the following:
* Sizing is Incorrect
* Garment not to my liking
* Quality or production flaw
Customers who wish to return or exchange an item or items that has been purchased from VIVIERS will be responsible, at their risk, for the shipping and logistics relating to the return.
Customers are required to use DHL for returns and exchanges.
All shipping and logistics costs, including insurance, duties and taxes are for the customer’s own account unless VIVIERS has accepted, acting reasonably, that the item has a quality or production flaw.
3) Receipt of return or exchange item
Items purchased from Viviers that are returned or exchanged may only be returned or exchanged if they are in perfect condition, unworn and with tags still attached.
Upon receipt of returned item, VIVIERS will do a thorough inspection and inform the customer if the items have been received in perfect condition, unworn and with tags still attached.
Upon confirmation, the customer will be asked to share banking details with VIVIERS.
VIVIERS will endeavour to refund the customer within 10 working days of the relevant items being delivered back to VIVIERS.
However, the refund time frame may vary depending on the payment method and processing times between payment providers.
4) Excluded items
No refunds or exchanges are permitted in regard to made-to-wear / custom orders.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
5) Damage and similar issues
Customers are requested to inspect their order upon receipt and to contact VIVIERS immediately if an item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
In the unlikely event of this occurring, customers are requested to immediately on receipt of the item email VIVIERS and describe the issue in detail and send us a photograph of the item that depicts the issue.
To ensure you get what you want we require you to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item

Our garments are LIMITED IN EDITION, INDIVIDUALLY HAND-CUT, FOCUSSED ON MINIMUM WASTAGE, GREAT QUALITY, MADE TO LAST!
Each tailor is credited with their name written into the finished garment.
All VIVIERS garments are artisinally made upon request. Kindly refer to the individual items to view the lead-time for each item.
